2.1 Refund Policy for Services

Clients may request a refund within fourteen days of payment if the consultation has not begun. Refunds are processed to the original channel within thirty days of approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule their consultation at no additional cost. For bespoke planning services that involve detailed individual assessment and resource allocation, refunds are not available due to the custom nature of the work. In such cases, clients receive a full schedule adjustment at a mutually agreed time.
